Tina Lemp is a formally educated accountant with 30+ years of experience and a proud U.S. Army veteran. She’s software-savvy, detail-obsessed (in the best way), and a relentless problem solver who keeps records on point and everything in check. Tina is known for being direct, no-nonsense, and incredibly dependable — because when it comes to clean books, she doesn’t let anything slide. But don’t let her tough exterior fool you, Tina is kind, loyal, and always willing to go the extra mile for our clients.
James Parker is our tech-savvy, degreed accountant with 15+ years of experience. James is in the process of becoming an Enrolled Agent (so close!). A book-loving husband and cat enthusiast, he’s known for clean processes, quick solutions, and being genuinely helpful. In his spare time he enjoys games and puzzles. If there’s a challenge, James will figure it out. Look for James on Jeopardy one day!
Mindy Sweeney has 30+ years of experience keeping books clean, reconciled, and collections on track. She’s detail-minded, consistent, and someone you can count on to keep things accurate and running smoothly. Mindy is genuinely sweet and easy to work with, but she also knows how to stay firm when it matters — making sure the work gets done the right way. Outside of the office, she’s a proud grandma and devoted dog mom, and she brings that same steady warmth to everything she does.
Lesia Wells is our Administrative Service Manager, and she has a gift for keeping everything (and everyone) organized and on track. With 30+ years of experience in HR leadership, operations, and compliance — and a Master’s in Management — she brings a calm, friendly presence and is as genuine as they come. Intelligent, steady, and always on top of the details, Lesia keeps the day running smoothly.
